It’s interesting that the final four are all hymns. I guess it is because churches of all description are comfortable using these songs. Makes sense.
In Christ Alone ( my hope is found) is my favorite modern day hymn. It contains the entire gospel message in one song. I also love the Getty’s ” The Power of the Cross”. They are gifted, and their music inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Singing “In Christ alone” and “Power of the cross” have been a blessing in our church. We’ve been singing these songs for 2 years now and it has been very helpful as our minds reflect on what the Lord has done for us on the cross. The Lord richly bless the Getty team
